How soon can I get my order? TOP
I usually say about 2 weeks. Most of the times it will be sooner, but due to the fact that most of the items are personalized and made after they are ordered, it may take longer. Also, since this is a new business, I do not have a large amount of items in my inventory. I may have to order more frequently. If you need an item in a certain time period, please feel free to e-mail me and I can give you a better idea of how much time it will take! Do you make your bags? TOP
No, I do not make the diaper bags, wallets, bible covers, or cosmetic cases. I sell these items because when I was pregnant I knew exactly what kind of diaper bag I wanted but I could not find anything for less than $40! So, now that I can sell these bags that I have been wanting for myself, I try to sell them for very reasonable prices! I know how hard it is to find a cute diaper bag that isn't outrageously priced!!
How will I know when my order has been shipped? TOP
You will receive an e-mail from PayPal the day your package is shipped with a confirmation number you can use to easily track your delivery. How do you do a three letter monogram? TOP
If you order something with a 3 letter monogram, if the name was Carley Ann Whatley, I would monogram CWA . I have you type in the entire name so there is no confusion as what is the first, middle, or last initial. Do you do monogram and embroider on all your products? TOP
I personally make and sew all of my hair bows, covered buttons, burp cloths, and ribbon key chains. I also monogram and embroider each of these items along with the bride tanks, onesies, and gingham longalls.
I do not make any of my bags and they are too big to fit on my embroidery machine. I have a couple friends who have larger embroidery machines that are made especially for these larger, thicker bags. So, instead of you having to buy these bags from me and try and find someone else to monogram them, I allow you to order them with a monogram and I just take them to be monogrammed for you! How do I know my order has gone through? TOP
As soon as your order has been completed and you have payed through PayPal, you will receive two e-mails. One e-mail is automated and should come from info@polkadotsandpaisleys.com with the details of your order. The next e-mail should be from PayPal letting you know that your payment has been sent.
If you DO NOT get these e-mails, it is likely that your order has not gone through. To make sure, wait a few minutes and then check your PayPal account to see if the order to Polka dots & Paisleys shows up in your recent transactions. PLEASE double and even triple check your order. Look at the quantity, description, and color of what you have ordered. If you have ordered an item that is monogrammed, look at every letter to make sure everything is spelled correctly. If you see a mistake after you have placed your order, e-mail me as soon as possible before the order is processing so that we can fix the problem!
I will not accept returns on items with monogram. This is where it is important to make sure what you have typed in is exactly what you want embroidered. The only time I will accept a return on a monogrammed item is if it is a mistake I have made.
If for some reason you receive your item and do not like the color or size, I will accept the return. However, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once the item has made it back to me, I will fully refund your original total (except for the cost of shipping). The item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped to you.
